Welcome to PropFirmWay ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Mediagator OÜ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PropFirmWay regarding your use of our website, services, and platform.

Prohibited Users
We prohibit use by: minors under 18, residents of restricted jurisdictions, individuals or entities on sanctions lists, or anyone intending to use our platform for illegal activities.

Our Rights
PropFirmWay and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Mediagator OÜ and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content License

DMCA & Copyright Protection
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices. To report copyright infringement:

Commission & Payment Terms
- • Commissions are calculated based on verified conversions
- • Payment processing occurs monthly for amounts above minimum threshold
- • We reserve the right to adjust commissions for policy violations
- • Fraudulent referrals result in immediate program termination
- • Tax obligations are the responsibility of the partner
Program Termination
Either party may terminate partnership agreements with 30 days notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to standard schedule, minus any applicable deductions.
Widget & Integration Terms
Widget Usage Rights
PropFirmWay provides embeddable widgets for legitimate business and informational purposes. Widget usage is subject to these terms:
- • Free for non-commercial and educational use
- • Commercial usage requires proper licensing or partnership
- • Widgets must not be modified or reverse-engineered
- • Attribution requirements must be maintained
- • Usage analytics may be collected for service improvement
Integration Guidelines

Prohibited Uses

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

- • Widget integrations may continue functioning for existing implementations
PropFirmWay-Initiated Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:
- • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- • Violating intellectual property rights
- • Engaging in harmful or abusive behavior
- • Attempting to manipulate rankings or reviews
- • Non-payment of fees or services (for business accounts)
Appeals Process
If your account is terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@propfirmway.com within 30 days with relevant information.
Governing Law & Disputes
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. For users in the European Union, you also benefit from the protection of your local consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at legal@propfirmway.com to seek an amicable resolution.
Formal Proceedings
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts. EU consumers may also use their local courts or online dispute resolution platforms.
Multi-Language Support
Legal support is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. The English version of these Terms takes precedence in case of translation conflicts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through:
