Funded: On Demand reward cycle: no single trading day may account for more than 35% of total profit (plus 2% minimum profit). Blocks reward requests; Monthly cycle: best day <= 35% of total profit AND at least 7 profitable days, each >= 0.5% of starting Master Account size; both reset after each reward. Blocks reward.
